WORLD OF DANCE — TICKET TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING OR USING THIS TICKET. BY PURCHASING, ACCEPTING, OR USING THIS TICKET, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

1. SINGLE-DAY USE ONLY

This ticket is valid for single-day admission only on the date and for the specific event printed or associated with this ticket. This ticket has no cash value and may not be redeemed, used, or applied toward any other event, date, or time. Any attempt to use this ticket outside of its designated date and event will render the ticket null and void, and admission will be denied without recourse or refund.

2. NO GUARANTEED ENTRY

Purchase of this ticket does not guarantee entry into the event. Entry is subject to, but not limited to, venue capacity limits, compliance with all applicable event rules and policies, and the lawful authority of World of Dance and its designated staff and security personnel. World of Dance reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any ticket holder from the event at its sole discretion. No refund will be issued in the event that entry is denied for any reason, including but not limited to capacity restrictions, late arrival, or failure to comply with event policies.

3. SEATING NOT INCLUDED — GENERAL ADMISSION

This ticket does not include, reserve, or guarantee any specific seat, seating area, or seating accommodation of any kind. Where seating is available, it is distributed on a strictly first-come, first-served basis and is subject to availability at the time of entry. World of Dance makes no representation or warranty that seating will be available upon the ticket holder's arrival. Ticket holders acknowledge that they may be required to stand for the duration of the event. No refund, credit, or exchange will be issued based on the unavailability of seating.

4. PROMOTIONAL OFFERS AND DISCOUNTS

This ticket may not be combined with any other coupon, discount, promotional code, special offer, comp, or reduced-rate program of any kind. Only one (1) ticket type per person per admission. No price adjustments, retroactive discounts, or price matching will be honored.

5. ALL SALES FINAL — NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, TRANSFERS, CREDITS, OR SUBSTITUTIONS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. This policy applies regardless of the reason, including but not limited to change of plans, inability to attend, dissatisfaction with the event, changes to the event lineup or schedule, weather, illness, or any other personal or external circumstance. By completing your purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree to this no-refund, no-exchange policy.

6. ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY

The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risk of bodily injury, illness, death, property damage, theft, or loss of any kind arising from or in connection with attendance at any World of Dance event, whether occurring before, during, or after the event. This assumption of risk includes, but is not limited to, risks associated with crowd conditions, physical activity, venue conditions, equipment, and the actions of other attendees. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the ticket holder hereby irrevocably waives any and all claims, demands, suits, or causes of action against World of Dance, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, volunteers, sponsors, venue operators, and all other associated parties (collectively, "Released Parties") for any injury, death, property damage, or loss of any kind, regardless of cause, including claims arising from the negligence of any Released Party.

7. CONSENT TO RECORDING AND COMMERCIAL USE OF LIKENESS

By entering any World of Dance event, the ticket holder irrevocably grants World of Dance, its affiliates, licensees, and authorized third parties the perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right and license to photograph, film, record, and otherwise capture the ticket holder's image, voice, likeness, and appearance in connection with the event. The ticket holder consents to the use of such content in any and all media, now known or hereafter developed, for any purpose, including advertising, promotion, marketing, and other commercial uses, without additional consent, notice, or compensation of any kind.

8. PERFORMERS AND PERFORMANCES SUBJECT TO CHANGE OR CANCELLATION

All performers, acts, artists, instructors, and performances are subject to change, substitution, or cancellation at any time and without prior notice, for any reason, at the sole discretion of World of Dance. World of Dance does not guarantee the appearance of any specific performer or the execution of any specific performance. The addition, removal, or replacement of any performer or performance shall not constitute grounds for a refund, exchange, credit, or any other form of compensation. No refund, credit, or exchange will be owed to any ticket holder in the event that any performer or performance is changed, postponed, substituted, or canceled, for any reason whatsoever.

9. FINAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT — NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

For absolute clarity and the avoidance of doubt: THERE ARE NO REFUNDS AND NO EXCHANGES ON THIS TICKET PURCHASE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES WHATSOEVER. This policy is unconditional and applies to all ticket types, all pricing tiers, and all purchasers without exception. Ticket holders are strongly encouraged to review all terms prior to purchase, as completion of a transaction constitutes full acceptance of this policy and all terms set forth herein.

10. GENERAL PROVISIONS

By purchasing or using this ticket, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian who has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf. World of Dance reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
